so disapointed for you Scott. You deserved a better result. If i was in your seat, i think i would have let him pass, scared by a potential accident. I am very careful in this area of this track and with some hotshots. It's clearly not your fault. I don't know how you manage to keep cool after that. Maybe, beeing "live", and you can't explode live... It's a little frustrating, but sometimes, i prefer let pass to avoid accident. I prefer loosing some positions, and finish the race without bad feelings. Sometimes, it's not so racing when i do that. But i hate what happened to you in this race. Hope more good results for you in the next future, Scott !

mate yeah shit just happens at this track, my first few SF races litterally ended in meatballs this week damn chicane and by the way that start crash made me laugh for 5 minutes

Happens a lot on this corner . Inside car mostly assume the outside car will hug the white line ,which is pretty much never the case. Racing accident ,nothing more you could have done imo.

It's like a visual netcode. Just a delay in server data so he had no damage in the end.

Thanks mate and tbh I actually don't know. There may be a way to share it as I have never looked into doing it. The overlays are Racelabapps and I am using the paid version so that would be needed

There will be deals on balck Friday for sure. You would be looking at probably £200 for an entry level set of wheel and Pedals. Then you would need a capable PC to run iRacing on. Thankfully you don't need a high spec PC to run iRacing on tho. My advice would be to do things gradually in regards to purchasing anything. It can get expensive but it's a great hobby to have and you stay dry unlike Golf!!

That is prob a visual bug only, later u can see that after the corner his wheel is on the right place...

He had an off track and I bet he tried to gradually run the time off and he couldn’t in time, so he slowed down to stop the timer and it ended up flagging him.

I cannot drive these cars for the life of me. They spin so easily compared to the F4 and SFL.

It has a lot more torque so requires a lighter touch on the throttle

Unfortunately no punishment for unsafe drivers. Guy probably does this every race.
