I'm pretty sure Ivan put more work into analyzing the Stally, than the makers of the Stally put into the production of the bag itself.

I have been playing Footbag for 20 years, So obviously I play regularly and seriously. And one of the best entry level Footbag I found I got at Zumies for 13 bucks and change. I can’t read the name on it cause I have kicked the hell out of time for some time now. But it’s black 8 panel and it say in big white print, “for kicking”. Lol

My favorite intro sand bag for learning stalls was the Jaq Saq, but I don't think they sell them anymore. I hit a bunch of new tricks with those!

Dirtbag 8 panel is my go to right now. Stally was definitely a waste of money for me I soon realised, though a small waste lol. I also like the jester

I'm just getting back into fooling around with a footbag. Have one I bought from zumies like 8 years ago. Idk what kind it is all I know is it says Umbro on it. That sucker has lasted extremely well, granted I spent years not touching it. Idk about the playability because I can't compare it to anything else but I like it. Can tell it was made more for stalling when I squish it it goes decently flat. Part of me wants to get a super good one just to see what a pro footbag feels like. I can barely kick the thing tho.

Can I use a footbag for mostly kicking?
@PassBack2 жыл бұрын
Of course! At a certain level of quality it would be overkill for just kicking, but any good bag should work just fine for that.

So, if a person wasn't interested in a beginner footbag, but a kick ass top of the line bag, what would be the recommendation?
@PassBack Жыл бұрын
You'll want to get a bag from a footbag stitcher! You can check out ep.4 of this series for info on that :)

I can't find a good places to buy a footbag from on the internet for the UK with reasonable shipping. Any suggestions would be great thanks.
@PassBack3 жыл бұрын
Good question! I know Hania (mentioned in Ep. 1 and 4) will ship anywhere, and I think the shipping would be reasonable. For a standard shop, I found a couple listings on Amazon UK: "Yoyo Factory" and "Flames n' Games." Haven't tried them myself, so I can't vouch for the quality, but they look comparable to the bags in this video, and you can get either for ~€10.

What about Chinese rocket looking hackys? What do you guys think of these? Can they be used with one person or need multiple people?
@PassBack3 жыл бұрын
Are you talking about jianzi/shuttlecock? It's actually pretty similar to freestyle footbag, and there are a number of Chinese players who do both. I think you can treat it the same as a footbag and play solo or with a circle.

@@PassBack ah yes thats what i was referring to. thanks
@luislopez42603 жыл бұрын
So, i got a question. Is sand or metal filling better?
@PassBack3 жыл бұрын
It's mostly a preference thing, but it tends to skew: beginner player -> sand experienced player -> metal 99% of experienced players use metal bags, but if you toss them a sand bag they'd be able to play with it just fine. Sand bags are typically less expensive, and they tend to be more readily-playable (requiring less break-in time), but don't last as long. They're also lighter and less dense, but when you're less experienced, you don't usually care too much about that level of detail. Metal bags are usually more expensive, require more break-in time, but have better longevity, and people mostly prefer the heavier weight (better feeling of "sticking" to your foot, and better feedback when it hits your body).
