Pretty deep in the Amazon 4) Besides Surgut, may be useful to know the capital of Khanty-Mansi, which is Khanty-MansiYSK. A short name worth noting is Nyagan 5) Tromsø and Bodø used to be accepted, but the standard may have changed (kinda the reverse of South Africa, with Soweto being taken to be the largest place and all)
