I love playing two IWBs (usually on Support) to create a 2 CB 3 MF at the back, and then have just 5 attacking players in front of them. I've never been able to create really good tactics with more traditional FBs or WBs, but the IWBs just help me create overloads in key areas all the time, and the three man midfield is okay-to-good at defending against a counter.

I play a 442 and Pep absolutely loses his mind when I move a striker to AML and have a CWB (A) IW (A) and IF (A) all on one side. Knock him out of the CL each year
