You should make a tactic where players starting in the middle, go wide, and wide players go to central positions.

Love the hoofball tactic. I've tried it in a few saves now. Reading, QPR and Fulham and I'm destroying bigger teams. Once you get the right players, it works. I like two attacking target men, two raumdeuter, an anchor and a SV support. raumdeuter and no nonse fullbacks combine well. raumdeuter is always looking to run onto balls, which the fullback just hoofs forward. Add good crossing raumdeuters, and your Target men are scoring for fun.

3:21 Height doesn't actually matter, its all about the jumping reach. Now that specific player is still bad because his jumping reach is non-existent, but still.

My latest fm tactic that I'm having success with is a compact low block with quick direct counters. It didn't seem to work right until I switched mentality to attacking and it worked like a charm.

Yes! Attacking with low block seems to work. Asking for trouble with the lower mentality

Started a save with the Wolves - maybe I'll try this along with the minimal pressing style of defense. They have like no specifics on how they want to play so nice blank slate. Was thinking of a 3-5-2 with all the mid fielders directly mid (no DM or AM).
