Can I Run A Sub

After a rough year of cancelled and missed races, I have my eyes set on running a fast 10k in early 2024. My journey to the race and a goal of sub 31:30 will take place over a 16 part series. Wohooo sounds great! Looking to bust out a sub 34 myself in the next few months - I ran 34:00 minutes on the dot during a 15k race last year but had been injured since. Curious to see all things that go well - and the ones that don't. I find finding the right balance between running life and non-running life quite challenging sometimes (even though I only run 4 times/65k per week). Consider me hooked in any case

Thanks @@RunningWithDusty! I think I'll go with the Metaspeed Sky. My other kit is almost exclusively altra but I found this particular pair of Asics to work really well for my gait
