i always used 20-50w engine oil on my bike chain as a kid. chainsaw oil would probably work too.

Hello! I have a friend who has had two strokes. He was a bicyclist and everyone in town knew him for that. Unfortunately, the second stroke ended his cycling days, but he still has his legs. I've suggested he get one of those stationary foot cycling products since he misses his bike immensely. I had a treadmill that I enjoyed walking/running on but the knees ended that for me...but aerobics is a wonderful alternative! JUST KEEP MOVING! 👍

Ive just got a bike, the maintenance worries me 😅. Someone told me to use all weather lube rather than WD40, no idea how good that advice is though, l guess we'll see lol.

WD 40 is more for cleaning and getting into the real niggling bits. Then I put chain oil on.
