Quick tip since you mentioned looking for the deep dark at some point. I would suggest going in with just a bed, a double chest, a stack of easy to break blocks, and a pickaxe. Since the warden is super difficult to fight or even sneak around, you might die a lot, so it’s better to have minimal stuff on you so whenever you die you don’t have to keep trying to locate your stuff. The bed would be for a close respawn point, the double chest so that you don’t have to loot everything all at once (or to keep armor and food for the trip back home) and a pickaxe in case there’s blocks you want down there. This way you can go in stress-free and not have to worry about being extra careful or loosing your stuff. Good luck Dan!

Killing pillagers now gives you a ominous potion, by drinking it you get a omen effect. so you no longer get the bad omen effect right away, you can choose when to get it. By drinking the potion in a trial chamber, the mobs that spawn become much MUCH harder, however, you can get an ominous key and unlock an ominous vault. From there, you can craft a mace with a heavy core. The heavy core can only be found in ominous vaults.

For the sinking in the snow problem: You only sink in the powdered snow, not the normal snow block or snow layer (they have a slightly different texture if you look closely). If navigating around them is too tedious then you can jump across it while placing blocks under you (as you did) or just wear leather boots to be able to simply walk across it without sinking. Quick tip for next time, in the big room of the trial chamber that has the water, there is a secret under the middle platform. (It doesn’t always spawn though)

@@That_Nugget_Man maybe but I’ve looted multiple and never found anything under there and the devs did also say that you can find trail chamber maps in trial chambers in that same livestream and that is not in the loot table so it might not be in the game yet?

A quick tip for your walls for your very safe bridge: you can place string on top of the walls to make the walls have that castle ridge look! :D

As a person who only carries things ik ill use, it genuinely hurts to see ur inventory set up 😭, i mean hanged bamboo signs are hard for u to get cuz in this episode u havent found a jumgle yet, but for example sugarcane is easy to find, so it hurt seeing u carrying those 7 sugarcane for most of the time while u couldve used that space for something more beneficial.. just a thought

Hey Dan, the compass was going the wrong way because it was pointing to 0,0,0. The opposite of what it was pointing would be North-West. Just wanted to point it out :)

To deal with the powdered snow, you just gotta craft some leather boots. Also, the treasure map isn’t bugged, you gotta make the map bigger till you see the X :)

No it is bugged, all treasurer maps I seen are pre-make (you don't have to click on them) and have the X on them from the start

Yea it is a bug where it sometimes fail to load them properly.

You can walk on powdered snow with leather boots. You can also clear it out using water that flows from above the block. You can also tell powdered snow and snow apart by hitting it and seeing your breaking progress.

The compass points you to spawn point. You can use the sun that always rises east and sets west or a sunflower that always points east.
