Seems u did more learning this video than teaching. Torpedoes when protected by heavier, more armored ships can deal incredible amounts of damage to stationary or slow moving targets. However, the real cheese strapped is having fifty to a hundred gause frigates, supported by another twenty to thirty carriers. That is the fleet killer cheese

if you press ctrl while selecting a ship, you select multiple of that ship type. if you select your own ship, you select all of your ships of that type in the gravity well; if you attack an enemy ship while pressing ctrl, your selected ships will split their fire against multiple targets of the selected type, i think which one they target is based on proximity.

The first one (with the rebellion) dlc was one of my favourite games growing up. Then came Stellaris which smashed Sins out of the water and well into the desert.

If you want a ship that's relatively cheap to have, but can get critical mass with it is the gauze frigate. U will blap any ship instantly witha critical mass of them
