Your viral level is zero means hbv dna is negative now. But you are a chb patient. If you want to teach in UAE then you have to follow up the latest guidelines of UAE high commission report. Because sometimes rule also changed time to time as per their immigration guidelines.

You have chronic or acute infection? if it is acute , it may be cured within sometime, if it is chronic then UAE government does not allowed for chronic case, especially not allowed for public health works. You can follow up their guidlines in UAE embessy official guidelines.

for a chronic patient there is only solution: 1) avoid alcohol 2) cut down or limited taken of red meat 3) do exercise on daily basis 4) follow up the treatment as your doctor suggested 5) Always use condom for safe sex. Because you are already infected with hepatitis b. If any other virus come in your body like hepatitis C, D or HIV then that the patient's condition will be very worst you can't imagine. In this case mortality case is very high in case of dual infection.

Before travel you need to follow up the guidelines of such country from Canada/ USA high commission But I think there is only restriction for healthcare jobs like physicians, nurses, physical therapists not for all.
