I agree with srn. Power>accuracy. I have trauma of getting walled, and not being able to break clefable with lower base power moves in previous generations.

The thing is that in older gens you could get away with running lest accurate moves because games were usually slower and turns weren't as impactful so you would usually get many opportunities to hit an inaccurate move. In SV OU however, each turn is way more important and missing a move can cost you a lot more. Also tera can give you the necessary power to break so I think in general it would be better to run the more accurate option because it is more consistent.
