Chris Montgomery- English is a global language; didn't originate as such but it is now. There are quite a lot of accents in which people speak English all over the world. Which one is funny and which one isn't, is a subjective matter. Hindi on the other hand, has multiple dialects yes; but is pronounced more or less the same way. There aren't really different accents.

I just googled the Indian language where I found 43 % of the Indian speak Hindi whereas 57 % of the Indian speak other languages. I couldn't count the list of other languages that's much big list So I think that person who wear the red T shirt is the real native Hindi speaking man others mother tongue would be different.
