As a Kentucky fan, I’ve been enjoying our success in football lately. Took a few years of losing to east tech state kind of schools but we have been pretty consistent of late so hats off to what Stoops has done

What Iowa did to KY the “vast majority of the game.” I love Will Levis comment on this: “We were ready to run a 2-min drill, but it’s fine that we did it in 1:30.” Then enter Dandre Square. #5 said, “Not today, Hawkeyes.” You are a silly man. The score when 0 remains on the clock is ALL that matters! We should have rebuilding to do, but we have so many coming back who we thought would go. RUN IT BACK, CATS! These kids are changing the culture, the expectations and the trajectory of KY football. I love these guys!

Kentucky had to basically piece together an offensive line for the Iowa game that day because of the line testing positive for corona.

Jevon Baker offer was revoked so he isn't at KY. An even though they lost wandale Robinson they will actually have more options to throw to this year an the WR room is deeper an more talented than it has ever been. I think they could very well win 10 games again, I mean last year the losses to Tennessee an Mississippi state both were self inflicted losses. They literally could have been a 1 loss team last year, 2 losses at the most. If Will Levis improves at all an they can atleast average 33 PPG again this year they will make a NY6 bowl an have a chance at upsetting Georgia. Big reason why I believe that is they are talented, an the defense is going to be top 2 or 3 in the SEC this year. Their defense has potential to be a top 5 defense, an if they are their offense is good enough to win some games against some really good football teams like Georgia. 💯

@@robinh8416 that Mississippi state game KY was in control to start it an went up 7-0, then on their next 3 drives or so they turned the ball over giving state the ball in good field position. They moved the ball at will but kept turning it over. Mississippi state quarterback will Rogers also had a borderline field day too. Had two of those turnovers not had happened KY more than likely woulda scored on consecutive drives an put up 34 points. Mississippi state is a good team if you can get pressure on the QB, an that was a huge reason why Will Rogers was able to pick our DBs apart last year. We had 1 of our main pass rushers out in octavious oxendine who is a beast. He got hurt in the LSU game I believe an was out the rest of the season, an it hurt out d-line. If he would have stayed healthy with him an Josh paschal both every game KY woulda sacked the QB alot more than what they did. Good thing about this year is we have OX back an even better D-line an better DBs. We lose Yusuf corker yeah but they have some dudes that can fill his spot fairly well. KY should be really good this season if they can stay healthy an Will Levis doesn't get hurt. Because if he gets hurt that could change the whole season.

Kentucky has a softer schedule compared to last year so yeah 10 should be easy. I'm very interested in the will Rogers vs will Levis matchup. I got that one circled to watch.

Agree. Told my son last year that I think Rogers will go further in the long run than Corral and he looked at me like I was in sane. With that said, Levi’s is a man on a mission with some crazy great supporting cast surrounding him. My $ on CATS 💙

Iowa’s issue is OFFENSE, weak QB and too few Wide Receivers (but a good Offense Line) Tight Ends, Defense, and Special Teams score points.
