Can Ireland learn from the German Synodal Path?

I found this very interesting! I'm not Catholic but I've seen some of the disparaging headlines shared in social media about the Synodal Way but after looking into it myself I think it's great. If these proposals were accepted where I live I would have to think about becoming a Catholic. These changes could not only help retain members but attract people outside the Catholic church too
