Wow! That looks incredible. Im going to try it tonight, but we dont have maple syrup, or an injector...😫 I was searching to see if I can STUFF the turkey before smoking it. You answered my question, and NEXT TIME, Ill be using your injection recipe- saving this video!! Thank you for sharing!

That looks wonderful. It’s very rare to find a video of a stuffed turkey being smoked. Where did you get that wonderful basket from?

Thank you for the kind words. The basket is actually a vegetable grilling basket that fit my turkey perfectly so I decided to use it. I don't remember exactly where I got it from though. Hope that helps!

@@chewinessgrub9238 , Yes , you gave me the basic steps to follow . I'm thinking of doing two beer can chickens , if I have space on my 22' charcoal grill . I would like to do some seafood on the grill as well .

Matt what can you use if you don't have a smoker?
@chewinessgrub92384 жыл бұрын
If you have a charcoal grill you can put the charcoal and wood chunks isolated to one side and put the turkey on the other. I have never tried it personally though, I'm not that brave. 😉

@@chewinessgrub9238 I remember my Dad using the indirect heat method on his grill using apple wood chips. Delicious every time.

@@chewinessgrub9238 I will try using the grill when it warms up outside. Thanks
