I actually quite like the helix, it’s nice and comfy, quick reloads, and is a great option for HVZ. I’ve used it a few times and it’s served me well.

I really had the same out of box experience with the Forerunner. Only firing between 65 and 80 fps. After lubing and padding the plunger head as well as 11 coils of K25 brought it up to a very sweet 126.6 average. I can hit 4" targets at 25 feet and 8" targets at 50 feet. That rules for a compact blaster holding 12 rounds. Perfect size and range for CQB games. Another great episode in this highly interesting series!

These blasters are okay as they are but would be much better if they had a stock attachment point, especially the Helix. How about the next candidates being the Elite 2.0 Eaglepoint and Ranger? It would be interesting to see what these blasters could do with More Power!

I highly recommend adding a stock attachment point to the helix. It makes priming the blaster very quickly much easier. It prevents misfires too cause its easy to point the blaster down just a little while it's braced against your shoulder. There is a 3d printed stock attachment for the forerunner, but i don't have experience with it and i like the takedown with the shotgun stock attachment a lot so i have no need to get the forerunner. I will when they go on sale, of course.

I’m pretty sure I haven’t seen it yet. But I would like to see if the rival edge Saturn can take a k26. I’m a huge fan of that blaster, and I’m curious to see if it can take a K26 like most rival blasters. (Odd are it can, but I still would love to see it. )

These are always great. Good work! I recently did an upgrade to my Hades and I'm getting 125+ out of it. 60+1 shots at that speed with slamfire is sweet. My son has a Nerf Power Rangers Beast Morphers bow we've been considering sending you for this show if you'd be interested. Holds four darts, smart AR system. He's a big Power Rangers fan and would love to get some real performance out of it. It would be cool if you have one, but we could send it if you don't. Let me know!

howdy cap. I would love to meet up and see if we can k26 (or what we would do) with a dog ball launcher. I would love to make a ballistic ball, spring powered rapid fire blaster for practical HvZ (alpha trooper-esq). Not sure if such a thing is possible but a man can dream :) I know there is some flywheeler type ballistic ball launchers but you would burn through limited ammo and i prefer the alpha trooper kind of loadout (more pick and choose and less spay).

Well, the dog ball launcher is powered by bungees, not springs. There isn't much upgrade potential. You would probably be better of with something like the Massiveburn. The size of Ballistic balls means you are going to need a LOT of power to get any kind of practical range.

@@CaptainXavier Ya its so nitchy i really just got to figure out how to build it myself. I am thinking a scaled up chronos with internal Mag and giant plunger. I have built some simple pvc pipe HAMP's but nothing like this... maybe i can scan the old school forums for something to scale up.
