@@papagoose8349 Thanks for sharing the info! (I almost said 'tip' instead of 'info', but the pun was too much, even for me...) I just picked the same set I use, but as bits instead of drivers- the Captain really seems to like his little cordless drill/driver thing, when it can be used. It's just a simple set with a range of five sizes, so it's good for blasters as well as some electronics. I use my personal set mostly for electronics... A lot of old video game cartridges, like Gameboy games, frequently were held shut with star-head screws; it made replacing dead batteries a chore, so I eventually bought dedicated screwdrivers for it. They can also work in a lot of other odd-shaped screws, too, almost anything that doesn't have one of those tiny posts jutting up in the center. (I've got a couple shapes and sizes of those, too, though, lol.)

The original electric eel had a clear slide, and the darts had a glow in the dark sticker that went around them. I believe it was a 6 shot slide. I don't know if I still have mine, but I did get one for Christmas '97.

I used to own one of those when I was bit a wee gnome. That LED is a charge indicator as the lights for the glow darts were similar to a camera flash. And IIRC those darts had a sticker that you wrapped around the dart and the dart wasn't glow in the dark itself.

I'm a little late but yes for the Electric Eel, it came with a clear clip that had 4 dart capacity, the darts were similar to the firefly's in it's construction but they're the size of old megas

Yo, X. I have really large hands as well. So what i do is use my middle finger to pull the trigger and just rest my index finger on the side of the blaster. Also if you were to perhaps 3D print a switch on that fin gun you could perhaps just select the barrel manually if you really cared about which barrel you use if you were to re-barrel it for elite/mega/old-school mega.

No it isn't. Do a little research. Clips are used to "clip" a bunch of bullets together so they can be easily loaded into an internal magazine. This is what is called a "slide" because it is a series of inline chambers that slide into battery.
