I have notice that many religious people claim that they don’t celebrate it but yet again I see them selling Halloween decoration in their stores. if they sell these decoration, do they still celebrate Halloween.

In Ireland, we still celebrate Samhain, and light bonfires on the night between Oct 31 and Nov 01. It was to close the autumn and welcome the winter.

If Jews always had a distinctive way of dressing, why is it that throughout the MIddle Ages and beyond did the Gentile authorities require Jews to wear a special hat or badge to delineate them from the rest of the population.

Thank you for sharing. I have to say that for me personally, Halloween is a time of joy with family and neighbors. It’s one of the few holidays where I see my community really come together in a positive ways. I see neighbors of all religions with smiles talking amongst themselves. Kids playing. Nothing but love and positivity from my perspective.
