Everyone goes by the same rules besides places that have slow cars. Flash light start, if you tire crack first is the worst, cross is a loss, and flagged makes final call. Chase is a race, arm drop and vht the whole 60 foot is for slow cars

No Memphis list racing like OKC. Just racing people from other areas/groups for bets/money. Memphis wins 90% of all races and in most episodes they win them all. Starting to get old after 2 seasons of the same. Original Street Outlaws has more of a dynamic with list racing each other. They also race as a team against other towns/groups. And they don't always win every time by a 90% or higher average against other towns/groups. Many times it comes down to a tie or they may win by a few races. Original Street Outlaws (OKC) much more appealing to watch than the Memphis show imo.
