JT Thor is coming off his third season in the NBA playing for the Charlotte Hornets.
The former Auburn star finished the year with averages of 3.2 points and 2.3 rebounds per contest while shooting 43.7% from the field and 34.6% from the three-point range in 63 games.

just a update … i’m a cavs fan that lives in charlotte. So i support the team sometimes because i live here. The Hornets have been a terrible organization. They just got new management, so things may change. But they are known for not really developing talent. So Thor deserves a chance, it’s unlikely he is great but don’t trust anything the hornets do!!!

Thor has to prove it, but he has the tools and wants to be relevant. Something he was not going to be staying in tankville NC. They got some decent usage from him at times, but his teammates were not playing winning ball. Mostly he was just another decent sized forward on a team full of them. In Cleveland he is arguably the best sized, spacing 3-4 on the roster ,that actually has a pull up game and can crash the boards, oh and is fast as hell for his size. He can run with both core bigs. Make fun of this all you like, he fell in Koby's lap, and if they play their cards right, he definitely can be a factor in KA's offense.
