Fun fact: the reason projectiles are supercharged when Kazuya reflects them is because it is actually the strongest reflector on the game in both damage and launch power as of he needed more.

Actually, disregard what I said before. I did a test with Bots and they may not actually be affected by player count like Luma or some other things are, or isn't in the way I think.. as wood blocks and iron didn't last long at all but dirt seemed fine. I'm not a fast Steve but I managed to get about 5-6 blocks up with dirt (and AI leaving me alone) on Battlefield. I dunno if proximity matters or if AI tickled the blocks sometimes.. But decided to do a proper test of sorts when I went "Wait, am I right?"

Another thing of note in the Robin Incin clip is that his grab didn't burn his Revenge even though the Side B "connected" by the animations.

For the last clip, since he grabbed the ledge twice, every ledge action has less intangibility. Ledge attack has the same intangibility period as smash 4 so Sing will catch them out of it. Intangibility runs out right before the hitbox comes out.

14:28 your ledge option have less i-frames when you regrab the ledge and they become even worse if you regrab the ledge multiple times. So if you grab the ledge 2 times and try to do getup attack for example then it basically becomes a sm4sh getup attack that can be punished before the attack comes out and if you grab it 4 times then you have 0 i-frames for all your ledge options.

I think getup attack also has no invincibility on a regrab. That's probably why villager fell asleep.

yeah that is unfortunately wrong, but I really wish you were right. From a game design standpoint, regrabbing ledge should be more punished. I think villager just has that crappy of a getup attack

@@unskilledgamer3642 Yeah it just fixes the problem of there being ambiguous advantages at the ledge. In rivals its more streamlined and its about resource management. In smash everything gets reset plus a grace period from you touching ledge, which I think is too lenient for the person whos supposed to be in disadvantage. In rivals you actually gotta step foot on the stage

About the final clip, when you re-grab a ledge not only is your ledge invincibility gone, but the invincibility of all your ledge options (attack, roll, get-up, and jump) are also reduced. That is why the Villager got hit by Sing before their hitbox for their get-up attack came out. I tested it a while ago, and invincibility keeps getting reduced the more times you re-grab the ledge. By the 4th consecutive ledge grab, you get *no* invincibility for any of your ledge options.

10:52 incineroar can be hit out of side b, unlike most command grabs, it’s the only one where only the opponent is invincible until they hit incineroar. So the Robin side b probably wasn’t enough to hit incineroar out, but it slowed down the attack since multihits in this game are weird with armour. It’s just like how if incineroar has mushroom or big spirit in giant smash, side b throws the opponent into the blast zone. It’s so weird.

The grenade at 9:40 works on bannana too but you can slide it into a shield and get it to trip your opponent while they are shielding it is really specific though.

The reason this works for his special inputs, but not his special tilts (like the un-crouching one) or the shotos specials because all his specials cancel out of the wavedash that you get from doing the motion, and you cant throw items during the wavedash.

Someone should test if you can kara cancel ryu/ken down smash into a special input with the A button while holding an item, it would probably function similarly

Regarding the infinite command grab thing, you can use Ridley's side b infinitly using sandbag and assist trophies for as long as they're spawned but I might be wrong

It flies forever if you do it with some percent. At least I assume it does. There's a thing with Ridley's side b where if you give the sandbag some percent and use the move on the Mario stage with the crabs and turtles, then it goes forever provided you hit the sandbag before.

The final clip was weirder than you make it seem. Every ledge attack in the game has full invincibility during the startup and active hitbox frames, and Jigglypuff's sing doesn't have any kind of intangibility. Just why did that work? Edit: answered in replys

he grabbed the ledge twice so all ledge options have less invincibility as a result. So for example if you regrab the ledge and getup attack, you're vulnerable right before the attack. If you were to do an option after ee grabbing 4 times, no options have I-frames
