Can long distance running make fast bowlers bowl slower?

Hey Mate, I currently play for under 14s div 2 in Australia and i have been playing for a year i am a fast bowler and a slow batter I always seem to compare myself to others my age and i also wonder about my path to international cricket if you could make a video on that, that would be much appreciated, Thanks Mate keep up the good work!
