You can actually do the Star + Mega combo without modding. You just need to go on a Level that has the Mega Mushroom and then you tap any Mario Series amiibo besides Cat Mario and Cat Peach to get a star

There's a simple explanation for this: "cat" enemies in Bowser's Fury just have fur, a tail, and cat ears, and they have no real difference from their regular counterpart. The actual cat goombas are orange, and can do the dive attack.

@@inciucio well that might suggest cat enemies in Bowser's fury aren't power uped but rather are like this due to black paint... it'd make sense, since hammer and other bros are cats, despite already being power uped koopa troopas. Plus no explenation is given why no one listens to BJ, so the cat forms being them controlled by the goop would make sense, seeing the plots of... well... all the koop protagonistic games... Yeah, this would explain it quite well, great thought dude!

@@shyguymike Whoa, you blew my mind! I totally forgot that all the enemies don't react to Bowser going crazy and Bowser Jr and Mario helping each other. But, when Bowser got possessed by the black goop, he became this monstrosity, so why would the other enemies become cat-like with no real change? Probably Nintendo would say that the enemies living in Lake Lapcat have cat traits, but then why aren't they reacting to all the chaos? They're too similar to the real ones to be unrelated to them! I really don't know…

I'm going to be completely honest, Its obvious you enjoy making the myth busters videos, but I did find some flaws in your decisions. The first one about the ground pounding indefinitely is busted not confirmed because mario in normal non modded mario will never be able to ground pound forever because he stops when he hits the ground he can't stay afloat in midair forever, in my findings that's is. Your other test about how shells don't get the speed buff. If you observe the shell closely you can obviously tell that when you go over a speed pad, even though very momentarily the shell does get the speed boost, they never last forever. Unless you are talking about the super speed effect where you can't really steer mario or stop him until it runs out

you can kill bowser using only shines after getting 50 and beating bowser wait for bowser to enter fury mode before collecting each one hopefully it will kill him before 100 shines if it doesn't at least see if by doing this you can beat him in one hit at 99

I swear dry bones are one of the least consistant things in the series. Some games theyre immune to lava, and some games theyre not. In paper mario 64 they even take more damage from fire attacks than normal enemies, and it stops them from respawning

I'm not sure that Plessie one really needed busting. Its the sort that would come up during normal play. Some of the others might too.
