Can Mediavine save me after Google destroyed my niche site?

I just got Mediavine for my niche site....hopefully it can make me some money at the moment even thought my SEO keyword are tanking on this site.

I'm not pivoting yet. My blog is actually growing in Google right now. But, I admit, I'm a bit fearful about the future of blogging and making the bulk of your income with ad networks. (since they require high numbers to stay with them and make any kind of good income and Google has been so volatile.) I don't know if I'm wasting my time and should be doing something completely different now.

Good to hear your blog is growing amidst this "dumpster fire" we call Google (sorry for the strong language!). I wouldn't completely rely on your blog for income and growing your audience though. You're right about it being volatile and unsure about the future. Good luck!

How are your mediavine journey RPMs? I really want to apply to it. I have around 12k on my blog. But these are mainly seasonal blog posts. The sessions might drop that why I don’t know if I should apply?

Mediavine wants consistent or stable traffic so they take over a month or so to analyze your traffic/sessions. I think the entry point is 10k sessions so if you can keep 12k for over 30 days you have a shot!

@@twinsmommycom thanks for the quick reply.. with keeping the current Google changes there is no hope with Google..and keeping everything around Pinterest would also be a risk... What is the backup plan..should we create multiple Pinterest accounts?? Bcoz Pinterest is A buggy platform and chances of account getting suspended is very high and the support also s*cks to be very honest

Hi Elna, i want to diversify with more blog. Can you pls. make video on managing multiple websites or businesses. My current site is majorly pinterest traffic so was thinking last year to diversify with google focused second site and look where we are, Seems like world is leaving google

If blogs have taken a hit from Google and there's little traffic coming from there doesn't it mean freelance work for writing blogs for clients will also be hard to find as clients won't be wanting to blog anymore or as much?

My client blogs aren't suffering from traffic loss. They are gaining rapidly. Most of my clients have a detailed content guide with things they want from their writers (expertise, EEAT, writing concisely and fully, etc..). And not it isn't hard to find companies with blogs, most of my niche, SaaS, have a blog. For me though, there has to be attribution for me to consider wiring for them. If you don't care about having your name to the content then that opens the doors to many more companies with a blog.
