Assalaam O Alaykum Sheikh. I fail to understand your point about meme coin not having value. I can literally buy or sell memecoin for USDT or USDC. The concept of community applies to even regular coins such as XRP that has been going through the roof in last month. Being in this space I don’t see any difference other than the volatility. Yea i do see some coins having a haram idea behind it but there are coins that are doing amazing things such as autonomously tweeting using AI or a cute hippo. As for mindset of casino or gambling that applies to all markets including stocks. If we just look at paper money it has no intrinsic value, the only thing is people consider it as a valid medium of exchange. A crypto or meme coin is no different in that regards they are all valid mediums of exchange but some have a lot more volatility than others. Btc at the start yes it could be argued it was like that. Its goal was always to be an alternative method of currency to combat government overreach and inflation. However it was always meant to be like that with the intention of slowly gaining support, which is why scholars said to stay away from it early on. But as time progressed and it became a legal tender in many countries and companies. It’s now widely considered as a valuable currency. Also your point that just because something is haram before means it can’t be halal in the future? Is that it? Because if you go to the mall and see a muslim woman you are not allowed to touch her because it’s haram. But if you married her it’s halal. Hence something that was haram once doesn’t mean it will always be haram. As long as the conditions of haram are gone then it’s halal. Your point for Memecoins. And make no mistake I am talking about completely useless Memecoins such as the millions that are made every month that are pump and dumps with no intention other than getting early buyers and developers rich. No that doesn’t make bitcoin haram. Runes, BRC-20 and all those 20ish names are built under the bitcoin blockchain, which are independent of the actual use case of bitcoin which is to provide better Investment, Investment, tackle Inflation Hedge, and Store of value. These new narratives are built on the blockchain of bitcoin which means that they will be transacting using btc but not btc using them. Runes is just another name for memecoins on bitcoin blockchain. So they are no different than regular memecoins. I hope this clears up some confusion.

In my honest opinion, crypto is future cash, so ofc we cant use most of these atm but the time for crypto will come. He mentions speculation etc but that logic also applies to any other type.of investment (like stocks and shares). I personally think that all crypto will be used lile the way we use currencys today. E.g. if in 15 years I hold 10k Dogecoins, and the UK has 'Britcoin' and I want to purchase a bar of chocolate which costs 1x Britcoin, I belive It will work as a system where I input my card and pay 1 britcoin' worth but in Dogecoin (maybe 100 Dogecoins will equal 1 Britcoin). I believe the above is how financial systems will work in the future with crypto's (and yes, there was a article a long while back stating BOE wants to create Britcoin) but I hope its not a CBDC. For this reason I think all Alt/Memecoins are halal as long as their not based on anything haram/dirty (its just not implemented into financial systems yet so you call it speculative but it's definitually happening). Also the selling part his mentioned, once again that applies to stocks/shares too which is also halal (varies - has its own sharia compliance).

I do not know about Daddy coin being halal, but as Andrew explained, the TRW coin will be halal, because it is going to be tied with the value of the organization, and is going to be basically like company shares. As long as Therealworld is halal, TRW is going to be halal. Allah knows best.
