I'm 50 and haven't even dated a woman seriously for more than 30 years. I may have been able to get myself into one relationship 8 years ago with a woman who was 10 years younger than me but I'm not really sure. I don't know if the women that I threw myself at over a 22 year period of time between the ages of 22-44 were just too cowardice to accept me for what I was at that time, or if I was never attractive to anyone. Depending on the woman I would have been willing to change some of my ways. Not that I was a player as much as I was a loser but I would have been willing to do things that she would have asked me to do. I had a few hobbies when I was younger (and working) that I have had to get away from to some degree. I haven't been in a relationship at all with any woman for 30 years, but there are chores and appointments that I would have been willing to do for her if she had ever asked me to do them. I would have been willing to give up more of my time to spend more time with her than what was happening when we knew each other. I would have changed some of my ways for her if she had asked me too and then given me enough time to do it.

I have a problem with women, magazines, etc telling other women "how to keep a guy," meaning, why are we always trying to figure out ways to keep a guy?? or how to make him love us more, how to get a guy or get him back. I do not hear men as much as women do the same for us, or research how to love us better, more how to keep us etc. It takes work both ways to keep any relationship going.

I think that for men, what Amber Rose said was true: the woman needs to be a woman and actually treat HERSELF like a woman. THAT will want to make a MAN come to her! I feel like with women, they don't want to be the princesses that they see and hear about on little children's books. I think that's wrong. Us men, we neeeeed a woman to be a woman and not try to be the men. When I see women KILLING themselves in order to, "improve" their looks (for example, keeping up with the trends, starving themselves, looking like what they see in mall catalogs, in magazines, on tv) I don't have time for it. I feel like if a woman wants to have a man, then she needs to act like a woman and take care of themselves emotionally before attempting to, "date". Women don't date and neither do men. They should just be able to let us guy come to them and approach them and let us sweep them off their feet. Lately women do not like to do that and THAT is why so many men turn into (stupid) if you know what I mean. Not going to say the word because I think it's dumb what many men do.
