Your Great Uncle cannot sponsor you for a family-based petition. He can only sponsor his own parents, spouse, children, and brothers/sisters. He can sponsor your grandmother because she is his sister, then she can sponsor your parents, then your parents can sponsor you. This will take many years.

You must be 18 or older to sponsor your spouse, and your spouse must be of legal age to marry in the place where you decide to marry. The USCIS does not recognize domestic partnerships, FYI, so you're looking at a marriage or a fiance visa. An invitation is something used to get a visitor's visa.
