Sir my husband diagnosed with AML .In DNA sequencing 64% is RUNX1 mutation.In that report they mentioned as per ELN guidelines RUNX1 mutation associated with adverse prognosis’. But in your video RUNX 1 mutation is not adverse category. Can you give detail explanation about it ?

@@akhilaks7597 The video is not meant to be comprehensive enough to substitute for medical opinion. It’s only to raise awareness. RUNX1 mutation is adverse risk. And there is recategorisation of mutations each time a new classification comes up based on available data.
