It's only right to put my non-tuned A90 Supra and see how fast it really is in a race. I decided to challenge my good friend Aaly from ‪@SwapDepot‬ and his sleeper E91 wagon 335i. Unlike me his car is tuned and has upgraded 17t turbos. While the outcome wasn't the best, it was definitely a lot of fun!

how bad is the 335i tune? The supra has like 400hp at best if stock. the average stage 2 tune of a 335i I've seen is like 500bhp.

uhhh wtf? A non tuned b58 losing to an upgraded turbo n54?? That n54 is a DUD. My stock twins car (black 07 335i, auto, DD) will lay the wood to your bone stock a90. I have gapped many supras, most of which were not stock. Watch my channel if you want proof. Car runs door to door with a mhd 2+ e30 tu pump fbo b58 240i. N54 with good wastegates/seals, good custom tune on healthy twins absolutely have as much potential as the b58 stock turbo. I will take that to the grave... N54 twins, provided the gates close, need two things to make jam: good inlets and a good exhaust. Ditch the stock e90 tubing. Even with all the stuff deleted, it's restrictive. A good 3.5" is what you need, car will make so much more top end. Inlets are also required and help with maintaining boost in the top end. The little twins also make hellfire levels of heat... so have a good intercooler/meth/e85. Good 97506 plugs gapped to .019... I digress....
