Absolutely LOVING this content with Sammy. I'm a 28 year old mum from the UK who's finally taking the plunge to try hockey for the first time. We don't have loan kit at my local rink, so currently pulling together as much second hand stuff as I can before I'm allowed to sign up. I'm nervous, but excited and wish it were easier to start at this age. But here for the ride!

she does amazing and this really is the best way for us lower levels players to learn better. Also in open skate it helps to know posts are goals not net. People get mad at us for that
