Oh Dang Gordon saw the interview last week called you a wuss with the Sean Evans shitty wings. Lol in jest I hope you know. Been a fan and believe I understand you as a person. Loke your story history of hardships and loss. I am not as famous or rich don't care I have focus resolve to do better you and I mostly same age by a few months. Being a chef was my backup my mom was the chef I tried opera and a few other things until I found my ❤ of food so learned to catch KY own fish crab rabbits chickens deer then learned how to kill cleanly decided to go meat light nut can't go full veg. Cause bacon 🥓 😢❤ and a huge porterhouse with a giant tender. O can't quit that kinda yum sorry cows and pigs. If you'd stop being delicious I quit eating you. I am 56 so I eat less of you then I decided to be a farmer and grow my own herms potatoes heritage tomatoes unusual patron peppers. Corn until thus devising cold snap I had 126 strawberries (plants)3 days list most of them. I'll get it back take a bit of love tine and knowladge. But I'm gonna say Gordon I'm not american I have seen a lot of your work I know your first jobs was bread. In embarrased to say I took baking last. Sorry but it's pretty much all i do. Can't believe your doing this schlock show. But give you air time exposure. . . That's your genius. Also it's funny cause rhet and link had no clue until last Christmas when my nephews told me about them the eat a lot of wierd stuff. Like a scorpion. Big black scarry one and crickets but everyone except America has had those I don't like the sharp bits. Thanks for bringing integrity and a seriousness to the art. I know the anger you've had was people that didn't know or have the skill patience not only to chef but run a proper resturaunt. Like those pesky other things like math management ordering fresh sheets shopping at the right places building atmosphere keeping things clean advertising one of the things i love you said to one person over the years know what your cooking keep it simple short and fresh. Proper French cuisine a fresh sheet at the most 14 items. (The poor man was trying to make 43) not that I want to sound like a zealot or anything but that simple thing I heard 18 years ago. Translates what my father said to me 35 years ago and my employer who's extremely weqlth said to me so ut must have some universal value. I'll do my dads quote. Son you are very smart at a lot of things very smart. I was good at one... engineering. Yes he was. I tried to do what he does. Decided I liked food and music. But my boy. You can't be good at everything it's not bad to try but focus. Smartest thing I ever heard my mom a michiline chef one Star said the same and her origins of how she went to 4 cooking schools is the funnies story I ever heard. From my dads perspective. I need to get ab actual recording of him telling the stories. My mo. Was is attractive looked like Elizabeth Taylor. Walked ny a bar she could not go into with her friend Karen and sister Linda the would sit in the picture window of the reservoir tavern near Seattle and my mother said that's the major I'm gonna marry. And she did. My dad. Norwiegen canadian w/ swagger this us the 1950s btw little wife in the kitchen bull shit. I make the money you make babies a different world. Stupid not great America. I'm not even a thought I was a accident. 4th one. My dad said honeymoon morning went out to get hus coffee paper go to work my mom made him pancakes runny on the left powder balls on the right. Lol. I guess we haven't invented a whisk yet. Lol. My father Saud she was the worst cook ever abd was embarrased to invite anyone by the second week when she burnt the pot roast to a crisp and my dad took his buddy to the steak house down the road. He wasn't abusive or mean he came home a bit drunk shook his head and went to bed Luke a pretty girl might have been a mistake. Nope give a person a chance help and kindness. M y mom is a very good chef not so great and marketing advertisement or management. A fantastic mom after almost burning down. Our house making sturdy fry in a sauce pan and a scar in the linoleum floor and a few singed hairs and 3 oor 4 nasty burns no eyebrows u was taunted about for at least 2 weeks. Kids can be mean. My mom was a graduate of the c.i.a. classic French the shen li from China one I can't remember after thus lovely scotch my friend brought me. Meistro peppan gave me several master classes in school .my mom and I became a solid team im very good at bartender the grill and soups took ne 4 more years later for pastries and bread I made my own bread form the principals I learned and you ever wander by Seattle ull make some need 12 hrs for proofing and to buy the ingredients. It's pepper bread warning. Wussy. Get your milk lime juice and whatever mate. Starts subtle goat cheese is lovey with it. It's quite good it has multiple flours in it. Sugar garlic stuff. Also u will give it to you for nothing than a hug a shake of the hand and a beer. But that's cause I'd be your mate. I'd give your kids and wife a good show. I build rockets. And im a huge nerd of sci fi books and art I'm wierd. But funny and I got stories about many people and different things like Tony Bourdain i can't dislike the man he was a broken struggling gifted funny ate garbage and so w of the nest food knowlagabe of history qnd culture im sure hus producers educated him with. Liked his show. It was interesting. I like your shows when you went to the ashram you took a students hat made bread shit that was a master class for me. I loved the one where that pub had so much old dusty crap out dated but there were a couple that maybe got lost a bit trying hard to figure stuff out and you marcued in doing a gravy campaign out on the street with flyers. And the young chef not the sort of self important one the younger kid. That's your character. You see things and respect your art and will guve chances and help to those that maybe lost thier way or irs there first job got some skills and terrified. I am you have some skills in law medicine art music Seattle opera and symphony where I met my wife. Geology pharmacology I can mix drinks pair wine make appatiefs soups fish boef rabbit Ohno catfish what ever you want put a knife on my hand im a bit slower it's OK I got no where to be right away i made pasties aspec I know what confiettevis why pr up per time to roast and cook a 2 pound lamb is 509 degrees for 8 kin baste abd drop b to 260 degrees for about an hour hour 20 but check and re baste toss fill or parchment it its getting to brown ot black prefer parchment. This. This is why I love and respect Gordon so much. Not the ‘evil screaming’ Gordon that wasn’t really who he is. The head chef. A few things really stood out to me: - He kept a very close eye on Rhett & Link’s food. - Noticed him checking Rhett’s chicken to make sure it was cooking properly - Monitored Link’s bacon and made sure it was cooking to the crispy Link was aiming for - He let Josh *shine* and, while not ignoring him, knew Josh was a professional in the kitchen and could be left to prepare what he had chosen. - was so lovely and encouraging I love this side of Gordon and am so glad he is allowed to let it shine more ❤
@zootsuiter10 ай бұрын
Good observations. The whole "evil screaming" Gordon was definitely TV producers exaggerating his tough standards. He's mentioned that he's really tough on professional chefs on shows like"Hell's Kitchen" and "Restaurant Rescue" because they are supposed to know what they are doing. But he's a lot nicer to home cooks.

Run to Jesus!!! If you have defected from God then read these Scriptures: (Lost Sheep, Luke 15:1-7 - Lost Coin, 15:8-10 - Lost Son, 15:11-32 - Rich Man and Lazarus, 16:19-31) Jesus is calling you back home, read His word, believe and repent. Saved by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone!. The world is racing toward "AMAGEDDON" !!! And people need to get right with the Lord! If you have not read the books of (Daniel chapters 7-12), (Ezekiel chapters 37-39) (Matthew chapters 24:1-51 + 25:1-30), (1 Thessalonians chapters 1-5), (2 Thessalonians chapters1-3) and (Revelation chapters 6-19), now would be a good time. They will explain a lot about what is going on right now! These books will cover the "Wars" about to come, the catching up / the blessed hope, World judgement, hence the Tribulation and the Great Tribulation! These books will also be the most ominous and scary for the unbelievers and the most exciting and uplifting for those who believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior!... It is my hope and prayer that people would repent and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ before all these things take place, because it is going to be very, very scary if you do not and you decide to wait and see what happens! + All glory, honour, power, and praise be to the Lord our God, Jesus Christ. Amen!
