She's so Flexible that she can slot into any team, that's why I love her (aside from her design). Maybe Hoyo will "save" geo by leaning back on the concepts of older geo units like Albedo and Zhongli: Flexible units that provide reasonable but not gamebreaking damage/utility, but can be slotted into any team. Maybe that's how they will design geo for the remainder of the game and I'm all for it.... Sucks for those who got baited with Itto/Gorou though, but those two will still work together independent of the other teams.

You really went off on a long rant about mono geo, but if you took your time to actually read her kit, you'll realize she's actually not a mono geo character. She doesn't scale with defence. She scales with ATTACK. Bennet is better for her. Sorry Gorou, but you're out. Lol

Geo can only be saved by a rework if navia will be strong that would be even worse cuz every other geo user would get even weaker

She NEEDS Crystallize yet Mono Geo can't do Crystallize without PHEC(Pyro Hydro Electro Cryo) teammates, and even against enemies with innate Elemental aura like slimes, Navia still wants PHEC chars at most two for her Talent. Furthermore, she's ATK scaling whereas Mono Geo mostly consist of DEF scaling chars so she wants Bennett, not Gorou. Her best team isn't Mono Geo, her best team "in theory" are her and another Geo such as Zhongli (for Geo resonance) with two other PHEC chars, and Bennett is one of her best teammate. Also Chiori that appeared on 4.3 trailer is also a Geo, so let's hope she has synergy with Navia.

All Hoyoverse has to do is buff Archaic Petra. Buff the elemental bonus percentage (50% to off set the 10% innate res all enemies have), bonus uptime (12s) and make it less restrictive (allow anyone to pick up the shard to activate buff, not just the Petra holder). A Kazuha like Geo character that scales off EM would be amazing too.

This and it's not like they haven't buffed sets/resonances/mechanics before, they buffed EM, HP resonance and other sets to include Dendro reaction damage bonuses. So they can buff Petra, the only reason they don't is because they don't want geo to be good imo.

imo no, Navia can't save geo coz the problem with geo is not that geo don't have good char, which they do and a lot, the problem is with geo reaction, geo need a rework crystalize reaction. if Navia being good, it only mean she a good char but she does not make other geo char or geo as element better

Chiori is another Geo character coming in 4.5. We will meet her in this 4.3 update. Navia is the first of many future Geo units that will use crystallize as means to buff their own dmg or their teammates. Chiori being a crystallize focused support that buffs the team for using crystallize is what Geo needs to move towards. A rework is NOT happening, that ship sailed a long long time ago. The new geo units will fill in the gaps.

She won’t save geo. She is just another geo dps. Geo can’t be saved unless devs change the whole element and it’s reactions And she is single target locked character as well, which is… meh

If they make a GEO character that's got the same mechanic as Nilou but say with crystalize equal to the superbloom and goes boom that will totally turn geo usage in favor upside down.

No it won't, it will just be a power creep mono/double geo. Doesn't fix geo fundamentally, just forces you to use one character to make it really work. If that's what you want, you can circumnavigate that by just making an artifact set that functions the same way, which is in essence what characters like Nilou are.

Navia has potential as a sub/secondary DPS... she's not a "Need" unit right now but I'm hoping that future she will have a team role. She can be a hyper carry with Furina team for those who want to use her now.

Well.... Navia didn't sovle any thing relate to Geo element at all and Navia pretty much force to team up with other element character to get the most damage out of her. She still pretty much turn into another main DPS. All other Geo character end up staying the same as ever on avoid doing any thing relate to Geo reaction.

Not very beginner friendly characters coming out recently isn't it I mean most of the characters need high investment and AR 60 "endgame" level of investment with good enough team as well to make them work optimally and get ur abyss clear with 36 star....The only few recent characters that I can think of that are very beginner friendly are Neuvillette, Al-Haitham and Nahida.

the biggest disappointment with her is she got the most bad ass looking weapon and its completely worthless on other characters. honestly that axe is wasted on her god i wish that had a useful effect.

It is useful on other characters it’s main stat is crit rate, it has a high base attack and the passive boosts attack and skill damage. I can think of many characters that can benefit from that. The only characters that don’t are hp or defence scaling characters like itto or dehya.

@AdolfRizzler1234 unless it changed its skill since I last saw it. it only gets the damage bonus when you pick up a crystallize shield. meaning it will pretty much only work with navia. Maybe if your running a zhong li. Even then, I can't think of any crazy skill scalers that would care. Most are just going to prefer a serpent spine. Oddly enough dehya is the only one that might care. since she can't use serpent spine very well.

literally just looked at the picture unless its outdated. it says increases atk by 20%, when party members aquire a crystalized shield the equiping character gains a seal increasing elemental skill damage by 18%. the equipper may have 2 seals and they will be consumed after using their elemental skill.@@AdolfRizzler1234

I dont think she is going to be so good, hoyoverse kind of likes to give us some craked characters and then some mid ones, and i think its time for a mid character. Still, she is great waifu material, and i dont mind wasting my gems on her
