Columbian Mammoths mainly remained in open plains so confrontation would be minimal. If they did cross paths ambush would be very difficult, while they may have the best vision their noses would likely sniff it out. A Bull would likely be too big to be considered reasonable coming in at 12.5T, and females being more in the 9T range would be living in herds, again unreasonable. Evidence from their cousins the woolly mammoth shows damage on the shoulder bones, indicating they may have used their tusks as clubs, and a herd of those swinging tusks would likely be able to heavily damage or even kill a Nexu. Also even if the Nexu bites are horrendous, modern African and Asian elephants have taken heavy injuries, such as gunfire even to the head and one even got hit by a train and survived albeit with nasty injuries. Asian elephants have also taken out small buildings in Indian villages, and for reference the Columbian mammoth was 3-4x the size of these elephants. Most likely if the Nexu found itself face to face with a Columbian Mammoth of either sex, it would be wise to flee instead of risking its life. It would need to single out the young and sick most likely. I believe the more likely elephantine prey would be Notiomastodon, a smaller proboscidean coming in at 3-5T. Also side note, Purrusaurus would be a chew toy for the Meg, 8.8T Crocodilian vs 50-60T Shark, and that’s conservative, you tell me who wins that. Edit: wanted to mention, this was a very interesting video and I would love to see more of this, always love fictional animals trying to survive real world environments and vice versa. Can’t wait to see more! Maybe Thanator in the Kem Kem Beds or the Morrison? Maybe even more obscure formations like Horseshoe Canyon?

@@legendarygrimlock4471 Oh, well, maybe not DB, but apparently I've found out something that made me realize this fact: that the ES verse is potentially connected to TF lore via the crossover game, "PlayStation All-Stars: Battle Royale," which apparently has MvC, ES and SMT cosmology in it, and the former/first one is apparently connected to both Capcom and Marvel Comics, which through Marvel ALONE means that ES *IS* apparently canon to TF, but what do you think?
