This is college football; it's just as much a battle between the coaching teams as the players on the field. While OSU has a better staff on paper, we have seen games where they didn't show it. For example, how did UT get back in the game? This year, the ND coaching team is performing at a higher level. Keep that up, in the Rose bowland ND will be dominating by the fourth qtr.

I picked AZ St to beat UT. They would have if the refs hadn't taken over. OSU has to win the game in the first qtr. If not, I'm not so sure they will win it in the 4th qtr.

Why do you doubt them in the 4th quarter? Look what they did against Texas in the 4th quarter? The game was tied going in. They went on an 88 yard drive to take the lead and then made a goal line stand and defensive touchdown.

Lot of Buckeyes celebrating a week before the game is even played. You know who else did that? Georgia and then Penn St. fans. Not saying Notre Dame WILL win, but maybe you guys in the comments shouldn't be out here acting like the game is already over. I see a couple out of the hundreds of comments I see. Meanwhile, maybe a couple in a hundred Buckeye fans are saying Notre Dame will make it a game. By and large, Notre Dame fans acknowledge OSU looks like the better team. But that they think we've got a shot. And by and large, OSU fans are acting like Notre Dame is some second rate school with no business even suiting up.

Then they can put in Steve Angeli. He’s had a bunch of playing time in the last two years and is a pro style QB, he doesn’t do the running Leonard does. He can run, but you want him throwing not running. A lot of ND fans wanted him to be the starter and didn’t think Leonard was needed.

RD you are brilliant and a major historian of CF but there are some thing you just don’t understand… first you said OsU has played ND a few less times… UM played them 44 times to OSU only 8… UM vs ND is probably michigans second biggest rivalry in their history of over 100 years of football… second PT and RD have no idea what the Game means.. woody h talks about how National championships are nothing compared to the game and what Woody says is gospel in Columbus plus they ran cooper out of town with maybe the best winning record of the 90s… Tressel is.
