13:47 This is very interesting coming from Parker Thune because last year the OU/TX turnover margin was actually a tie. OU only scored on 1 of their turnovers. TX scored off of a blocked punt (turnover). Obviously if OU wins the turnover battle outright then yes, they can win the game. I think last year proves the defense can hold without winning the turnover battle. It all comes down to the offense's ability to put drives together. The key to winning for OU is to sustain drives and score on a few of them.

I’d say 2 years. Offensive line recruiting must improve, secondary is still a little shaky, Stuts and Bowman will be gone. Hawkins developing into a top QB by year 2 is unlikely. We also need a new coordinator
