​@@scottintexas their freshman QB is better than jackson arnold and he's very mobile.. he lacks experience but he was making visible adjustments and improvements throughout their game against auburn and he led a double digit comeback against an SEC opponent on the road.. their defense is probably the best it has been in the last 10 to 15 years too.. it's gonna be tougher than most people thinx but texas is too good this year for it to be a close (one possession) game

I love the part around 30 minutes with DJ and then Alex! A lot of commentators have been talking this week about rush lane integrity and not letting him get out of the pocket, but actually Alex brings up a great point that we can apply some pressure and get him out of the pocket, we just have to force him to the left. Going back and watching his film from previous games, he really does try to avoid rolling to his left, and looked very uncomfortable when he made a throw rolling left when it was the play design to Jake Roberts.

Hey fellas! I'm a Sooner I never have hate for UT, except for the RRR. This game is magical. It does not matter what either team is ranked, or how good or bad they are. This is the best rivalry in the history of college football! Anything can happen. As down, and injured OU is this year ( 5 starting Wideouts, out), a true freshman QB, an oline that has issues... Don't sleep on OU. Venables has a plan and some tricks up his sleeves. Our Defense is legit. This will be a low-scoring game. Obviously, I have to pull for OU 21-23 Sooners. But I also know Texas is legit this year, and it's going to be a battle and one hell of a game. If we can contain Ewers, and stop the run game, OU wins. Texas has that deep threat, and that could seal the deal for OU. Best of luck!

Last year before the game OU was yelling "discipline, focus" and talking about "only fearing God". Sark was walking around pregame saying "have fun and enjoy the moment". This was a massive mistake and it took us a full quarter to snap out of that nonsense. Remember Quinn's first int? Go back and look at how lackadaisical both he and AD were. This was a direct result of that pre game messaging. We cannot repeat that same lackadaisical pregame attitude this year. Last year Venables looked at our LBs weaknesses, and then made a game plan around that. OU put our backers in run pass conflict with Gabriel all day and we failed. I'm not good enough to watch our LBs and see what their weaknesses are this yr, but bet whatever they are BV will have part of his plan attacking it. We lost sack battle 5-1 last yr, turnover battle 0-3, and we had twice as many penalties and yards. Oh and we got out rushed. AFTER ALL THAT it still came down to the last drive. If what should happen - happens on Saturday then I think it's something like 17/20-7/10 at half and then final score ends around 35/38-20/24
