I’m enjoying the series despite your frustrations it feels like we’re chilling on the couch gamin it’s a fun vibe. Personally after this season I would recommend doing a fantasy draft instead of using the colts team you can still select the colts to use their uniforms, stadium, and schedule but with a fantasy draft you can it’s like fantasy football in real life where you select the players in a draft it makes it fun bc you don’t know who each team has every week and you don’t have to use the crappy team members you normally would

There is an auto-sub setting where you can change the frequency of subs! Also, yes simming weekly prep still gives the XP. For offense, I would suggest trying reading the defense more to understand what you’re throwing against. Look for 1 high safety for cover 1 or 3, 2 high safeties for cover 2 and then send a man in motion to see if the DB follows to see if it’s man or zone. This allows you to find the routes that are the most likely to get open. Hope this helps! Love the series!

yeah the L1 High ball and L2 low balls help. ive been doing a franchise for the browns on madden 23 and i usually use the lowballs on TE curls or crossing routes when theres space. idk if 23 is the same as 25 in the sense of the low balls dont slow the receivers down as much as normal or high balls. food for thought. I don't know if you know this wildcat, but the passing mechanics you are using bases the position of the ball and arc utilizing how full the bar is and off of your QBs stats. If the bar is full, you are essentially throwing a low pass. You want to have the bar be as close to the white line in the bar to throw a "to the numbers" pass (if you have a QB with good stats that is). Been enjoying the series and I hope you continue it.

Hey wildcat love the series. In that jets game that one pick in the middle of the field, you can high ball throws by holding left bumper when passing. That way you can throw over the heads of people when you bullet rather than just straight at them. Might help you out

Hey, wildcat, just a couple of tips that i think could help you out. You can throw a low pass by holding L2 while throwing to a player. If you want to secure to ball hold R1 while running. Also slide and dive are both square, but different inputs, tap to dive and hold to slide. Hope all this helps!

That eagles v commanders game was 10-27 on here with barkley having 2 tds and ended up being 18-26 with barkley having 2 tds so madden pretty accurate with that simulation

You should start throwing in some cover 2 man coverage it's pretty broken in Madden but mix it up and use it properly it works pretty well

You don't HAVE to always play the drills for your focus players, if you sim it or just get to that screen then finish it, it'll simulate it either way, you won't likely get as much of a boost as you would playing but its fine not to do
