They make literally no attempt to block until after the players have rushed past. Look at player 74, you can literally see him rapid pace try and go back and forth deciding who to try and block between 36 and 92 of the other team.

I’ve played RTG from three different positions, and WR or HB is by far the most fun to play; you still get to pick plays, call audibles to burn your defenders, and run your own routes. I like the transfer portal too to mix things up; take Chunky to an underdog team or maybe a better Big-10 or 12 school with better playbook or players.

Hey Wildcat, having a ton of fun with the CFB25 vids! A little advice to make the game feel better while also maintaining ~some~ realism: sliders! I highly recommend sliders. I was playing All-American default and being miserable (unless I just used cheese plays). But changing gameplay sliders makes a huge difference. The difficulty levels change how the AI acts to an extent, so lowering it feels a bit cheap, but sliders will change things like probability (fumbles and INTs), logic (pass/run blocking), and player skill (QB accuracy). Operation Sports forums have some decent sliders, or I'm sure good ole Google too. Cheers and thanks for all the killer content!

I had the same issue with the difficulty. Being too difficult yet lower difficulty being way to easy. Try changing the sliders for pass blocking to 200-300 and you can also edit the xp sliders for qbs to 300. It helped me alot in mine made it feel more realistic

Tyler I think it'd be a fun idea if you create a dynasty with your friends where the goal is to start as the head coach of a low overall team, and be the first user in the dynasty to win the natty. Doesn't matter which team you win with, doesn't matter which coach position, the only goal is to win the natty, and ideally to do that you'd get hired by better overall teams every season or two

Go to a team where you’ll absolutely get zero playing time, so that you can aquire skill points. You won’t lose a season as long as you don’t play in any games. So when you either become the starter the season after or transfer again, you’ll only be a redshirt sophomore and be a better overall.
