Missed opportunity: Jupiter could have told Mercury and Venus that the definition of the term "planet" includes the need for them to have cleared their orbit, and therefore Mercury starting to share the orbit of Venus would make both of them share Pluto's fate (yet for a much better reason).

I was expecting Jupiter to say at the end of his speech about an orbit shared by 2 planets to have "remember Earth and Theia?" And then Earth would show up and say "Me and who?" and Jupiter would just say "No one" and continue how the video player out Context When the solar system was still being made the orbit where the Earth is now orbiting was occupied by 2 planets, Earth and Theia, and it was quite stable at first, but they were still being formed and growing. The extra mass made the balance collapse and Theia collided with earth. Theia's core was absorbed by Earth's while the outer parts of the planets like the surface would be launched into space making a ring around earth, and then after millions of years the debris would make something bigger, the Moon.

Also, poor Venus 😅 Additionally, this episode reminds me of Pluto because he sometimes crosses Neptune's orbit (last orbit cross happened in the year of 1979) although it's lucky he doesn't get any near collision with Neptune. It makes Pluto go nearer to the Sun and the disadvantage would be Neptune getting somewhat farther so Mercury, ya gotta stay close with your Sun bud ;)

Well if you mean very precise: no. This is due to an object having to be a certain weight and having a certain speed. The more mass, the more speed is needed, but then planets in the same orbits catch up to each other and crash. *_So in order to be in the exact same orbit, one planet must have the exact mass and speed of it's buddy._*

MrSpherical I have a video idea to explain why solar flares don't really hurt Earth that much. Something prompts the Sun to launch a solar flare at Venus again (like him bullying Mercury) but this time Venus has a trick up his orbit. He dodges and barely misses the solar flare, letting the solar flare continue it's course towards Earth. Earth is talking with Mars with his back face to the Solar Flare and Mars notices the bullet that's about to hit them and starts panicking, but Earth calms him down explaining that he has a "shield" called the magnetic field, after the solar flare hits Earth and gets split and deflected away, barely doing any damage, he then explains how it works (the inner metal core spinning and stuff).

Planets can share an orbit, if they are far enough and move at the same speed, or if it just the same distance, but they have different tilts.

Hmm, that video was a year ago, anyway. Remember the video "What happens if the planets collide?" it was mentioned there that the Earth and the Moon appeared after the collision of the ancient earth with the planet (Theia), then our Earth and then the Moon were formed. The Earth and Theia collided because they were rotating in the same orbit, and as explained in the video, they crashed. It seems to me that sooner or later, we will be told about why the Earth does not remember (or pretends to) that I ran into Theia.
