Edit: Alright so due to some copyright claims and a subsequent attempt at replacing the song, the last minute of the video is toast. I was considering deleting the entire video but decided against that, so enjoy the first 7 minutes at least :3 Do you know why humans still haven't found my secret headquarters? Actually, it makes sense that vampires are immune to moonlight. They cant see their reflection, meaning that light not directly from a source bounces off of them, and moonlight is of course a reflection. May be janky physics, but at least it is consistent

Or maybe, since humans cant get a tan from moonlight because the UV is weakened, vampires dont burn because the UV isnt strong enough.

I think it goes to prove people still don't grasp the practically infinite scale of even the observable universe. When there's nearly infinite stuff over 14 billion years there's nearly infinite chances for this particular solar system to show up, somewhere and for a bunch of monkies to attribute the slim chances to intelligent design - if only because they made the critical mistake of assuming it was ever a slim chance to begin with.

@@cmdrghost365 The universe is infinite with billions upon billions of planets, galaxies, and galaxy clusters, so what are the chances of this planet being just perfect for us when there's not a single other planet like this that we've discovered? And yes, I'm aware of the Kepler system, but I'm pretty sure none of those planets are the same size as earth.
@cmdrghost365
@cmdrghost365 2 жыл бұрын
@@XboxRhythmGamer you got the question the wrong way around. Not what are the chances, that this planet suits life, but rather how many planets suit life. Maybe you know about the pond argument, this is the same thing. A pond wouldn't question why the hole it is in is so perfectly made for it, because it just fills the hole. This planet seams perfect for us (which it isn't), because we are perfect for it. And about the exoplanets, we have found 5284 exoplanets (according to wikipedia) so far. That isn't a lot, because it is really hard to find them. It isn't a great surprise that there aren't many or even any earth like planets among them.

No, only the smaller ones. Some of the bigger moons in the rings actually have like a gravitational deflection where they forge a path through the rings. It’s pretty cool, I recommend googling it.

This makes me wonder how the formation of the Earth turned out masterfully beautiful. The Sun and the Moon both serve their purpose to regulate Earth in harmonized order. Nature is still one of the biggest mysteries we've still yet discovered

@@minhkhoaluong25 Moon is slowly moving away from the Earth by few centimetres each year so in a period of millions of years it won't be able to cause a total eclipse. Early moon was way closer to Earth than it is today, humans are just lucky to be in the right time period.

I remember watching videos that discussed the possibility of planets that are better suited to life than Earth, so would it work replacing the moon with an object that properly fits this possibilty (because I don't think astronomers managed to observe a moon that would fit these traits yet)? Like, the tilt makes the planet having four seasons, but this is from the point of view of temperate regions; people who live in Equator only have two seasons, wet and dry, but would a "better" (notice the quotation marks) tilt make things better to humans?

Imagine the scientific headache of trying to figure out tides, when you don't know that a microscopic, infinitely dense speck a few hundred thousand kilometers away is pulling on your planet. Assuming a species could advance that far before the tiny black hole evaporates.
