I still can just remember a few incidents when I first met Lieutenant Goetz. I was trying to identify officers most times when contacting him at the station. Not a popular thing to do in any city I can think of. I do remember having two incidents trying to bribe Lt G if that is how to say it. By explaining two incidents and inquiring I hoped he would be more likely to give the name of the guy who had upset me. I can't recall if he gave me both of the names I wanted but I do recall him making it very clear he didn't like me or the fact I wanted names to publish with my critical comments. Royer was very clear explaining the same thing. Lt Swain, he spelled it out to me. "When I tell people they'll be arrested after I decide I don't believe their complaint, they turn around and march right back out of here. Because they are bold face liars." Well what about me sir? I am telling the truth. You are? Okay. Turn around. You are under arrest. But like many things in life, you don't know what you got until its gone. I never signed up for this job. It was a last resort and still full of consequences decades later. Mostly for the unfortunate people that end up in my videos by chance. But plenty for me too. And if you were to ask the police what they thought? Was there a consequence for them. Depending on who you ask you are likely to get no answer at all. An interesting fact is these police who cant pretend to show a shred of concern for their victims suddenly become sensitive and feel victimized when someone dares to speak the truth about them. This all should make more sense after I publish a few more videos. But will that ever become a reality. Based on the past, probably not.

Got to love how the keep moving the goal post “cops can’t arrest, unless there is a violation of law” The constitution says you can’t be subject to arrest, unless you are committing crime. Crime has elements, not a definition If you don’t meet all elements, there is no crime

Best answer to the question of where are your press credentials, that I have ever heard. Good guy Audits asked the cop where their credentials are to practice their religion. Where are your credentials to practice your speech?! Video named "Cops don’t know law or the first amendment!!!" by Good guy Audits on Jun 19, 2022. I would put a direct link but then my comment would be automatically flagged as spam by KZbin, as the non-uploader of this video. It's at the 20:33 mark in the original video. Pure Gold!

There are no honorable cops...cause if there was...cops with out honor wouldn't be at every seen! It's too much power for the average persons brain.....and most cops are below average people....like what is it ..near 50% beat their mates! So you can take 200,000 or half of all cops off the streets with this statistic alone! ❤Maui needs auditors aloha! The burning man festival needs auditors..told to shelter in place!

The scales of justice are not equal. For a person to get justice, he needs to get everyone in the criminal justice system to cooperate with him. However, if just one person, important enough to the process, decides not to cooperate, that could end all of the hopes that a person has to get justice, And there are no possible criminal consequences to a person in authority for refusing to cooperate with a person trying to get justice. Everything is up to that person in authority's discretion. This is a system of justice only for people of wealth and/or status. For the rest of us, it's an injustice system rigged against us.

What a liar. Seen cops arrest on invented charges numerous times. Note: what he had said, as long as the cops believe there was a violation of law, then he can make an arrest and even kill you because he thought you had a weapon. And get away with killing you with qualified immunity. All because he thought you had a weapon, because he thought you violated a law so the cop either shoots to kill you or arrest you. All because he thought of you acting a certain way. Not on an actual witnessed crime. All based what a guy thought. Not on what was actually witnessed.

I just did 3days in jail last year over a traffic ticket. The judge seen i had a fine i still owed in another county so instead of taking my plea an giving me a fine to pay which me an the prosecutor agreed upon the judge revoked the plea an gave 3days in jail when he didnt like my answer to why i didn't have my fines payed off in another county. i told him "my family is my first priority, we are a single income family an i have a mortgage 2 car payments 3 kids an iam not on welfare" apparently that pissed him off he gave me 3 days in county jail downtown Detroit, i live 47 miles away from there. Justice system is disgusting, i almost lost my job of 23yrs because of that asshole Judge.

1:16 I would have to ask if it was Failure To Comply. Reason = Motive, and Tyrants only use 3 forms of charge (which are only subsequent charges). Failure To Comply (Which can only be ordered if by Probable Cause), Disorderly Conduct/Impeding Investigation/Hinderance of Operations (Physical Acts), and Police Evasion (Unless person has committed a crime, they have the right to do whatever they please, and not be around {May Not Be Credible Witness} for their investigation). x

"PIG" is not a derogatory remark about police. Rather, it is a explicit accurate description of the "behavior" of police as originally depicted by the Black Panthers in the 1960's. Considering the case mentioned early on in this video, a law stretched beyond its limits to include an event that obviously had not applied, but was gluttonously charged regardless of entitlement provided by law, and with a lack of intellect, due diligence and investigation to do right by the public, the 'social construct' so beloved, and especially the man harmed in the act. The "excuse" mentioned in the babysitter's defense, "what the officer believed at the time of the arrest", is too low of a threshold for police to behave egregiously improperly and should only be utilized in extreme situations, rather than automatic or even commonplace. With the availed opportunity of time and place, before, during and after making the arrest, and the accessibility of information at their fingertips or a phone call, there is literally no excuse for it to have made it to court, let alone any attempt for prosecution. Piggy's utilization of this "enabler" of bad behavior as an 'excuse' shows his true nature of a PIG. There is no "philosophy", just perspective and bias. He just doesn't want to admit that behavior intrinsic with authority... "never enough". Thanks for proving us right piggy. "History is the arbiter of controversy, the monarch of all she surveys." "Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely." "Great men are almost always bad men, even when they exercise influence and not authority." "There is no worse heresy than that the office sanctifies the holder of it." ~ John Dalberg-Acton, 1st Baron Acton My favorite since it aligns perfectly with science... “Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man’s character, give him power,” ~ Robert G. Ingersoll

There's no such thing as a good enforcer. The whole “good/bad Cop” question can be disposed of much more decisively. We need not enumerate what proportion of cops appears to be good or, listen to someone’s anecdote about his uncle Charlie, an allegedly good cop. We need only consider the following: (1) Every cop has agreed as part of his job to enforce laws, all of them. (2) Many of the laws are manifestly unjust, and some are even Cruel & Wicked. (3) Therefore, every cop has agreed to act as an enforcer of laws that are manifestly unjust, or even Cruel & Wicked, thus, there are No Good Cops. - Dr. Robert Higgs

I don't think all cops are bad because of the actions of a few. I know all cops are 'bad' because all cops, as a condition of their employment, swear to enforce all laws, including laws which are unjust and initiate violence on peaceful people. It's the job they are sworn to do. Pledging to suspend morality and logic in order to unquestioningly impose the will of psychopaths and sociopaths on your fellow man is morally unacceptable. So, yes, all cops are bad, but not because of the actions of a few, there are good people, and there are cops who are otherwise good people, but there are no good cops.
