I just want to make it clear that this is NOT a hate video by any means, the whole point of it is to prove that she CAN sing. I made this video because I know there are a lot of vastly different and mixed opinions about Rihanna’s vocal capability and quality and I believe that she can sing and that she is talented whether you’re a fan of her or not. She doesn’t really, her voice is actually really mediocre compared to other artists same goes with Selena gomez, Taylor swift, madonna, miley Cyrus. And her technique isn’t very good either she’s always out of breathe so when she sings live it sounds very breathe which people mistake for a unique voice when it’s just poor technique. And she doesn’t have very good control either..

Rihanna has low vocal stamina. Give her 3 songs to sing once a week, on any given morning and she will kill it. But during a full concert and a long tour, her vocals dry up really quickly. If she were on a show like American Idol, where there’s a performance every week, she would win. She has a monster range and a very velvety voice. The problem is if you make her do too many performances. Her vocals dry up and they take time to recover.
