They are disconnected from their superiors and such, Yuri Evtukovich figures that until new orders arrive, they will continue their last orders given by the Regent: To exterminate the “Undesirables” of Russia. But the problem is that Taborisky is dead and thus, no new orders. So it will be an endless fight of suffering. When Russia is reunited by them the name changes to “Purity Order of Holy Russia”. The events and newspapers you see when playing as this faction is pretty disturbing too.

For my playthrough through taboritsky, i found it sort of good that taboritsky's russia collapsed, as the suffering stops for some living in few warlord states, but for some the suffering continues with those similar to the burgundian system. A great video! Keep up the war. I hope this comment makes atleast a slight bit of sense. Oh yeah, something i'd like to recommend atleast is maybe allow us to hear the russian reunification superevents (for the previous warlords not these). Thanks again if you read this or respond!.
