Yes my matter is about frequent transfer ( more than 8 times in year, underposting only) and no nature of duties mentioned. My post designation and it's requires qualifications are different. Agar contempt case chalu rahte hue bhi vah Court ke direction na manne ki jurrrat kar rahe hain, to Court mein case ki hearing ki darmiyan yah baat ujagar karni hogi. Court unhen bhi apni baat kahane ka mauka dega. Donon pakshon ko sunane ke bad agar Court ko lagta hai ki aapke virodhi paksh ne contempt Kiya hi hai, to unse court strictly deal karegi aisi apeksha hai.

देखिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट में ही नहीं तो किसी भी कोर्ट में कैसे दायर तो कोई भी कभी भी कर सकता है।‌ इसलिए क्या आपके सुप्रीम कोर्ट में दायर कर सकते हैं या नहीं इसका जवाब है जी हां आप कर सकते हैं। मगर केवल केस दायर कर सकते हैं और इस वजह से अपने केस दायर कर दी इसका मतलब यह नहीं की आप केस जीत जाओगे। आपकी एवं पी ए डिसमिस करने में हाई कोर्ट ने क्या लीगल गलती की यह जब तक आप सुप्रीम कोर्ट के दिखाकर कन्वेंस ना करोगे तब तक सुप्रीम कोर्ट में जितने की संभावना कम है।

Sir mere father ki retirement honi h but unka adhar card m dob glt h unko na pf diya ja rha na pension. Toh hume kya karna chahiye Or adhar sahi karane ke liye birth certificate chahiye qki office m 16 Aug hai or unke adhar card mai 18 February. Jo lakh koshish k bad bhi shi ni horha h to kya karna hoga hume.

But if the plaintiff deprived of fundamental rights like article 14 or article 23 then is it possible by the constitutional courts to directly take cognizance as CAT is a quasi judicial body? I mean if the statute falls under constitutional courts.

If you are an employee of the Corporation, then your case may not be under the purview of the Administrative Tribunal, but you may approach High Court directly unless you have any other alternative remedy. However, if you are an employee of the State government, then you can approach the State Administrative Tribunal to file your case. I strongly suggest you to consult a practicing Advocate who is well-versed in the local laws and procedures, before deciding to file your case.
