I worked at McDonald's, I 100% agree, most moms were rude, everything had to be absolutely perfect and you had to have their order ready before they ordered it, most of the elderly I dealt with were lovely.

Hey Jenna that bike pump you was trying to use, has a lever on the end of it. Once you get end of it on your valve push that lever down and it pretty much holds it in place. A few good pumps and your tire will be good as new. Too many and you'll pop it. If that happens it's a whole new ball game for a novice to change their tires on a bike.

After working at McDonald's for 8 months and then then Target Cafe for a year and a half, I second that the older people can be the worst customers! Target was actually worse than McDonald's. They get SO picky over their popcorn. The price, how "fresh" it is, the fact they have to wait in line, etc. It is so bad lol. It sucks but at the same time it is amusing at how people act.
