What was your first day like on TMB and where did you start?

As usual, beautiful views and amazing nature shots! I am so HAPPY to see that now you have over 500 subscribers; congratulations on this first landmark!, I am sure that many more are yet to join you ; many thanks once more for taking us along with you on those beautiful trails. Your couscous looked very appetizing, but next time presoak the dry ingredients (dry tomato, mushrooms & spices) so they will have time to tenderize & make a nice broth for you to cook ... you probably have figured that out by now... KUDOS to both of you !, ... Buen Camino and many blessings to both!

Thank a lot for all your nice words, our dear friend! Yes, that's just the start of the way. What about presoaking dry supplies is a great advice. What we did was just adding it to the mix at the early stage right with the cereals we were cooking and it tasted better this way. But presoaking may also help with couscous or bulgur as well to save up time for cooking. Well we still have a lot of things to try and to learn. All the best wishes to you! And cheers from Pyrenees!

Thank you for your message, great to know that you enjoy our work. Yes, we did the TMB starting from 13th of June till the end of June, around that. And maybe it was just this year but there was quite a lot of snow on the trail that we didn't like that much and weren't prepared to:)

Looks beautiful! I notice you weren't using hiking poles. Did your knees not hurt on the descents?
@WalkingNatureWorld3 жыл бұрын
Thanks a lot! On some of the descents it was quite extreme for sure and we wish we had the trekking poles especially on some snowy parts. But it was a good lesson for us and now we always carry at least one pair with us.
