Navi K we don't even have a desert. I found it fun the face of my friends in Canada when I showed them videos of Lebanon. They were thinking Desert Camels no beach ... One of them I think he's still searching for his jaw lol cause it felt he was the most person in our friends group who has a 180° different idea about .

I'm from Batroun, I visited the Phoenician Sea Wall as well. You missed seeing Notre Dame de La Mer, it has a beautiful view from above of the entire sea wall off the balcony :)

Went to baloua when a friend of a friend from Wellington came here to visit. If was summer so there wasnt as much water. Afterwards we went to st. Georges ruin church.had a great view of the cliffs. To sum up the day we went to the "greek coastline" and had ourselves a nice neal.

Hey Nick, good vids. I recommend the following places: - Jeita grotto - Baalbeck (have someone with you) - the Cedars (there are a few reserves) - the south. Tyre, Belfort castle at the border... my brother lives in Tyre and loves showing people around. Great public beaches in Tyre too.

Hi Nick,Chris from the United States here.I spent 17 days in the Bekaa Valley over this past summer.Do you plan on visiting Baalbek for the ruins? Find Thyme pies if you do!!!! delicious and cheap.It is amazing! Also if the road to the holy cedars is open to see the one of the oldest living cedar tree is worth it as well! So glad to see more people visiting Lebanon.I plan to go back this summer.Enjoy :)

Beautiful video!! Your channel is really underrated! During the summer, the waterfall dries out which allows you to go down. You can pay to go down rappelling, it's an amazing experience.

Don't forget Harissa and jeita grotto, very close to Byblos! Well, I am from Baalbeck, so try to go to the temples and if you want try to go to the Assi river in Hermel, there you can enjoy some rafting ;)
