San Brias was the best one today. I want one with NO carpet, island kitchen, stainless steel or black appliances, and stand alone shower. I’m searching as i watch this. Thank you for making this video. It was very helpful, but i wish they had some townhomes to show.

To my knowledge looking into a condo would be a better option because its cheaper than a townhome and you can't go wrong with either long/short term
