Just wanted to say you guys inspired me to start metal detecting and buy my first high quality metal detector, y’all are the best
@hrbricker11 ай бұрын
It was a toss between the Nokta Legend and the Minelab Equinox 900. I bought the Equinox, but I wouldn't argue between the two. My beginner skill doesn't justify a high end detector, but my time is valuable enough to justify good middle class detector. Santa filled in with some of the accessories I need. Happy hunting all.

Top quality as always. Gotta love the Hoover Boys. You guys do this hobby a favor - I personally hated that time frame several years ago when we had those metal detector shows where they called things “roundness” and talked about the value of everything. It made pursuing the hobby harder as I noticed when I knocked on doors if I got more “no” answers after those shows came out. I truly think it got people thinking we were finding those coins and relics, and instantly cashing in. You guys just have a love for the hobby and love for the thrill of finding history. Much respect for Michigan!!

Hi from the northern part of Germany. I'm a detector guy since the last 10 Years. I really like your videos. I think I have seen the most of your uploads and I'm waiting for every new video. Sad that is so difficult for visitors to use a metal detector in Germany. If it won't be, I'm sure you would like the finds here. With best regards, Hans.

All those weird brass things you found might be levers from a lock. Mortise locks generally have a single lever like that, perhaps a larger lock would have several.
