Can't believe this recipe was given to me by my grandmother! 😋 Delicious herb breakfast.
Today I decided to cook for you a simple but very tasty cabbage breakfast recipe. I prepared this recipe quickly and very tasty from simple ingredients according to my grandmother's recipe. Be sure to try this very healthy vegetable breakfast.
120-150 grams (4-5 ounces) cabbage
2 eggs
1/4 onion
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
50 grams of sausage
Melted cheese for sandwiches
30 g pizza mozzarella cheese
sunflower oil
Salt
1. Finely chop cabbage, salt.
2. We press with our hands so that the cabbage absorbs the juice.
3. Beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt.
4. Combine eggs with cabbage and mix.
5. Cut 1/4 onion.
6. Cut 50 grams of Mortadella.
7. Fry the sausage in vegetable oil in a pan and add the onion.
8. Stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add the tomato sauce.
9. Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
10. Pour frying oil into an empty pan and spread the cabbage mixture.
11. Smooth out with a spatula and cook covered over low heat.
12. Put a slice of processed cheese for sandwiches, mortadella in the sauce.
13. Sprinkle the pizza with mozzarella and cut in half.
14. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
